I am an associate so complete tasks based off what managers require, usually this is filling in EGA's and taking notes and screenshots
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a good programme for your career but it is stressful and comes with alot of work

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gotten better at excel and learnt how to navigate their IT systems. I have also learnt the basics of accounting work

It is structured well but has been impacted by covid as placements have been fully virtual
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We are given a career coach and university support but team supports depends on which team you are in. Overall there has been a good amount of support and emails are also given to make sure everything is running smoothly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Yes it helps me perform better but it mostly depends on your team with how well you are performing, the qualification did help but was not the major factor

Would you recommend PwC to a friend?
No
Why?
It is good for career advancement but it is completely dependant on personal work attitude. It can be extremely stressful at times and overtime is expected for many clients. It would be a good start to a career but it depends on the person whether it is good longterm or not.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
Time management is key to juggle work with overtime aswell as university revision and work
