Yes, the program offers many training courses for me to undertake so I am always learning new things in my job role.

I would say the degree apprenticeship is well structured from an academic standpoint, in terms of work, I believe it varies depending on the workload for each team. Personally I feel that my team had a structure in place for me to develop effectively.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Most of my tutors are happy to support and provide advice for assignments, I rarely find myself stuck for support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification ties in with my current role within the company so it definitely helps me understand concepts that would have been difficult to understand if I did not work towards my qualification.

Barclays offer a well-paid working salary while also allowing you to study during the program, this is very unique as not all companies offer an opportunity like this. Apprentices get the support they need and will develop the skills needed to be effective in their roles.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
If you like to learn new things and are prepared to put the work in. You will enjoy working for this company.
