Why?
It is a great place to work. Great benefits. The company looks after you. Of course at times there is bureaucracy and politics, but that would exists in most work place. Overall Barclays is an amazing company to work for in my opinion.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
You require demonstrating a very customer centric thinking. New innovation is always welcomed.
