Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Getting delivery packs ready for cars going out on the day. This includes taxing the car, setting the warranty up and invoicing the car. We also have to invoice trade cars off and transfer cars over on the stock book.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed the program and will recommend them to anybody. They support you through everything.

I have learnt many new skills like managing time, being professional and have developed existing skills like answering the phone more confidently

When they explained the program they alway made clear links to how that would affect my work place, so I could see it in action

My manager always made sure I was okay with the work I was doing and gave me support when I needed it.

My tutor was always a phone call away when I was struggling with my work, and you could always query anything with her on email
