Working with Jet engines on a daily basis, depending on my placement. It could be anything from working in overhaul, working in test, experimental, or new production.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy being practical as I am a visual learner, and I enjoy the environment on the shop floor.

The programme has a structure, but often it isn’t very well thought out. For example, apprentices placed in placements that aren’t their role, or just poor communication in general.
