Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

The role was very project based - I'd be given tasks to complete throughout the week on the projects I was rescourced on. Additionally, it was encouraged to network throughout the team. I would book coffee intros/catch ups with team members to get to know them and introduce myself.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given lots of responsibility on the main project I was rescourced on.
Additionally, I was given responsibility to manage my time and network around my project commitments.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere in the team was really friendly! Everyone wanted to get to know me and my previous experiences. Additionally, everyone is working on really interesting projects, but they were happy to take time out to tell me about their projects and ask questions on how I was finding the internship.
