Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

8, 6 month long placements in different business areas. Typically work in a Project Lead role, which includes a variety of skills to be learn, such as planning, budget management, communication management and resource management.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy rotating around different business areas and taking on sifferent roles.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed new stills both in the academic setting of university and in work attachments.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

This was a new programme and provider so there were quite a few things that we've all had to learn along the way. However the university and work provider have been quick to amend any arisings and help us get the experience and training we need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The employer are extremely helpful with supporting us during our apprenticeship. We have access to a wealth of knowledge and experienced individuals.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We meet with out training provided once a week for our university lectures. They are very proactive and ensure that we are getting the most out of placement business work as well as the theory in university.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is very helpful to be albe to apply learning from University to the work place. I have found that I am a lot more confident going into a new work place once I have cover a topic supporting this work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

They support apprentices well and are a very good company to work for. Most employyes6are eager for apprentices to learn their trade and to carry on their skills and knowledge
