Aerospace build on aircraft engines with rolls Royce employs, working along side them during shifts while completing NVQ work. We are also taught relevant lessons by Derby college
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the apprenticeship very much and the people I work with. Everyone is very approachable and understanding.

Lots of new skills from people skills to aircraft engineering/ fitting skills which I can use in day to day life at home and in work.

The apprenticeship is nothing like school you are treated like anyone else in the work place.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
Never be afraid to ask and remember the apprenticeship is a long interview so always be your best
