Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I have a number of roles on a day to day basis, I am responsible for undertaking work on an internal platform, creating new users, applying new roles to allow users to undertake work, resetting passwords etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme, it is a lot to balance with working 4 days a week and university one day a week then having to spend most evenings doing the coursework.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beginning I believe it could have been structured a little better by the university but as the years have gone on and they’ve learnt how to balance it all the experience has increased ten fold
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer be it time to do my work, support on a subject, or helping me with university issues
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive monthly meetings with my student liaison officer who helps me with any issues. And helps me set goals and targets
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe the qualification helps me with my people skills and my managerial skills.
However the route I chose to go down is no longer relevant for the route I’ve gone down within my company
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My work host a number of events where we can network and meet with our teams in an out of work environment, they also sometimes set up sports teams and clubs etc to help socialise and meet new people.
