Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I assist relationship managers by helping process their deals and promoting new business. I use systems to move deals forward to pay out. I work to help keeping customers happy and have to build and great relationships with customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme very much but i do see it as a starting to block to help me with my future career.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Absolutely. I have learnt how to adapt to change better. I have been given far more responsibility now that at the start and this alone has allowed me to learn how to become a far more valuable member of my team and keep on track with my organisational skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
yeah my programme is well organised and my tutor keeps well in touch with me to keep me on track with my learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Any support id ever need they are more than happy to do what they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
we talk each month about my missions and i know she is available if i need to ask additional questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
id say that she just reminds me of how to talk about my job role with in my missions i complete rather than teaching me on my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes there is many but thats more your choice as if you want to socialise you have to organise. I have made many friends and we go out and socialise regularly.
