Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Assisting and shadowing surveyors, associates and directors with their day to day tasks. Taking ownership and completing small research or presentation pieces. Attending site inspections and taking notes/pictures. Plenty of meetings with a range of people from graduates to clients and fund managers offering insight into their responsibilities and daily tasks and advising on next steps.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Lots of interaction with graduates currently studying their APC professional qualifications, giving an excellent insight into the process and pathway into the real estate industry.

Internal investment compliance training. Current commercial property market knowledge. Interpersonal skills managing and engaging in many meetings per day. Research and analyses skills and presentation. Gaining investment principles and understanding in this asset class.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Interesting and varied work load. Individuals from multiple teams made an effort to meet with me and spend their time engaging in my career path offering insight and advice. Culture very strong and exceeded expectations. Would certainly be interested in pursuing an application in the graduate scheme.
