Savills Investment Management is a subsidiary of Savills, which is a strong and successful brand in the property services industry. Savills Investment Management supports investors in creating a competitive return on their investment in Real Estate. Our investors vary from pension funds and insurance companies, through to charities and high net-worth individuals. Savills Investment Management provide advisory services to investors on emerging markets and geographies and hold numerous funds, mandates and separate accounts within which investors can invest. We currently have circa €24 billion of assets under management invested across the world and we have a clear strategy to expand as a business. Our strategy as a business is to utilise the local knowledge and experience of our ‘on the ground’ Asset and Portfolio Managers to provide an opportunity for global investors to invest in foreign markets.
