Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
This role involved a variety of responsibilities where you can become a big part of the team. Day to day tasks include processing payments on behalf of teams and assisting with reviewing of financial reports.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
There were lots of opportunities to further the responsibilities held. Once the main responsibilities of the role are covered well, you can get involved in other areas and add to your responsibilities.

I was able to develop a number of professional and soft skills during this role. This includes, organisation, communicating to senior staff, developing financial knowledge and Excel skills.

Everyone is very supportive and so there are many people to turn to for support. The team are very happy to answer any questions and so I felt the guidance and support offering was always there when needed.
