i enjoy the programme as it has shown me a different side to banking & it very rewarding seeing a deal you have completed go from start to finish

i would say it is organised as we have monthly calls with our BPP mentor who also reviews our missions.
we also have a specific time during the week to take time away from the day job to focus on our apprenticeship work

i feel very supported and if i had a problem i needed to discuss i would feel confident enough to approach someone about this
