Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Basic admin tasks such as logging calls, replying to emails and speaking to customers daily. I do a lot of printing filling in forms and other admin jobs. We do get to go to meetings with customers and often do get to be taught new things. we do lots of internal meetings and zoom calls these can either be mandatory or elective. we basically deal with any needs the customer has and try to help them the best we can.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I mostly enjoy my programme however it is like most jobs some days are good others are not.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes it is definitely a good place to learn new skills or grow on the ones you already have. Speaking to customers constantly increases your confidence and as you speak and email them more you do learn how to properly type emails or how to handle sometimes angry customers. There is also a lot of training offered to you and you are always experiencing new things.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The structure is quite effective they have a coach and things in place for you as an apprentice. The apprenticeship provider is BPP so they are the people who mostly deal with the apprenticeship but work do give you the time you need to do the things you need to complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive enough support. I do think if i needed more they would offer more.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Loads of support is offered by the training provider they are always available for calls and emails they regularly run sessions and email us constantly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
They don't really have much in common at all the apprenticeship and the job feel like 2 completely different things.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes absolutely loads there is so many there is definitely something for everyone. You get taught about these too and you are actively encouraged to take part which is good.
