Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I attended a variety of talks about different practice areas at the firm, I spent time completing assessed research tasks and more general work, and I spent a lot of time socialising with and networking with lawyers at the firm.

Fun! The firm is truly an industry leader and the best on offer. The training contract and experience sounds like a perfect mix between training and practical experience, and the culture is phenomenal

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The cultural was so friendly and generally just such a kind place, with the people being interested and really willing to help.
The general atmosphere of the firm is super entrepreneurial and everyone wants to motivate you to do the absolute best you can

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
To a great extent. Genuinely one of the most exhausting fortnights of my life, and I never left the office (except on the final day!) before 7:30 pm, but I could not have done that if I didn’t enjoy it here.
The people and the culture are really just unlike anything else, and then you combine that with some of the most top tier work London has to offer.

If you understand that the selling point is the work and the culture, then all you need to show is that you are super enthusiastic and super willing to give everything a go, and that the reason you want to that is because the work is fascinating and you’ll find it rewarding to solve exceptionally complex problems
