I found it very informative. The experience further affirmed my motivation for a career in commercial law. But, it also allowed me to understand what the role of a trainee actually entails. I found it extremely exciting, and fascinating, and developed a better understanding of how each practice area works and collaborates.

I found the culture extremely friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure to speak to various people across the firm - trainees, associates, partners, and even support staff and have been impressed by their openness and receptivity.

I really enjoyed the experience! I found it to be very structured, thorough and informative, and it has definitely informed my understanding of the firm and the industry. It has provided me with a degree of exposure that would otherwise have not been possible. I have also really enjoyed connecting with the other individuals on the Vacation Scheme, and all the lawyers and support staff around the firm and have developed some really meaningful relationships.
