Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
A typical day would be answering emails and attending meetings with brands, either in person or online to discuss their performance on TCB, booking in exposure or negotiating cashback rates. Often, you would get to attending some networking events, helping you build your network in the industry.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
As given as much responsibility as the permanent members of the team but also leant upon members of the team if I was struggling with a task.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Enormous amount of support from the start to the end of my placement from my manager as well as the whole team. Whole team were very approachable, so never felt anxious asking for help.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very easy going and relaxed, everyone is trusted to meet the standards of work required and even if you are struggling, no one is blaming you, everyone instead tries to help each other, a team built on communication and teamwork. Social team as well, build relationships out of work as well.

I extremely enjoyed my placement, whether it was the work I was doing or the people I was working with, this placement is very valuable to anyone looking to work in a team or be trusted with huge responsibility.
