Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was given a lost of responsibility and just as much autonomy to manage my own schedule and tasks as long as deadlines are met which I think is how it should be honestly 10/10 experience!

What advice would you give to others applying to Cummins
To be themselves as the company takes pride in making the role fit the person and not the other way round so focus on polishing your strong suites and the recruitment will find a way to match your potential to the right role/responsibilities. There is also flexibility to explore other branches of the business and company if one is not happy with where they have been placed or where they chose.
