Commercial Enablement Review

As a Commercial Enablement Intern, I supported daily operations by managing vendor data, updating SharePoint content and tracking incentive programmes. I interacted internally with the Enablement team, account managers and marketing to ensure accurate reporting and smooth communication. Externally, I liaised with vendor contacts to gather information and confirm campaign details. My responsibilities included maintaining sell-out reports, coordinating updates, and assisting with project logistics. I contribute to ongoing initiatives that enhance commercial visibility and partner engagement.

I was given a good level of responsibility during my internship. I managed key tasks such as updating sell-out reports and ensuring accurate data entry for incentive programmes. I was trusted to communicate directly with internal teams and I contributed to ongoing projects that supported commercial visibility and engagement. This responsibility helped me build confidence, improve my organisational skills, and feel like a valued part of the team.

I’ve strengthened my communication and collaboration abilities through daily interactions with internal teams and external vendors. I’ve also improved my data management and reporting skills by working with sell-out reports and SharePoint updates. Additionally, I’ve gained confidence using tools like Power BI and Excel, and I’ve learned to manage multiple tasks and deadlines more efficiently. These experiences have helped me grow both professionally and personally in a commercial environment.

I received a great deal of support and guidance throughout my internship. My manager and team were always approachable and willing to help, whether I had questions about tasks, needed feedback, or wanted to learn something new. I had regular check-ins and access to helpful resources. This supportive environment made it easy to build confidence, develop new skills, and take on responsibilities independently while knowing I had guidance whenever I needed it.

The company culture was fun, energetic, and very team-oriented. Everyone was friendly and approachable, which made it easy to settle in and feel part of the group. There was a strong sense of collaboration, and people genuinely supported each other. Whether it was working on projects or just chatting in the office, the atmosphere was positive and inclusive. It made coming to work enjoyable and helped me build great relationships while learning and contributing to the team.
