Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Deal with OOG shipments and heavy shipments, finding the cheapest freight forwarder for these shipments. Tracking them and updating the customer. Presenting performance reports monthly to the FFs. AD-Hoc projects and tasks.

Yes, You're instantly thrown into a world where your actions have real life consequences. The team place a lot of trust in you.

Every person I have met at Cummins has been warm and welcoming. Everyone is ready to help each other and you never really feel left out.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

10/10- I went into placement wanting to build solid skills as a person and to further my career and Cummins and my manager have done everything they can to make sure my needs were met.
