Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We got to hear about the different aspects of the bank. Thereafter, we got the opportunity to talk to employees of the bank to better understand what the day to day was like. Moreover, we also spent some time working on specific cases and presenting them after.
Finally, we had a group case study at the end of the week which was used to access our competencies.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
it was very fulfilling and enjoyable. It gave me a much clearer idea of what I wanted to pursue in the future. More than that, I understood what I needed to do to prepare myself for my career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I learnt many soft skills such as networking and communicating with other participants. Moreover, I was also better equipped to express myself. Finally, I was also provided with a confidence workshop which taught me how to be more confident and combat imposter syndrome.
