Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Each day was filled with fully immersive and skill-based sessions alongside with building our business insight into the various divisions across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Infrastructure. We managed to connect with and learn from industry professionals from across the bank and get direct insight into what are the exact responsibilities of bankers in their role
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was absolutely amazing and has really opened my eyes to the world of investment bank but where Deutsche is positioned in the centre to be a continuing and growing business that dominates this space!

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have learnt a vast array of technical skills through immersive training in M&A and Trading simulations with AmplifyMe and other engaging sessions across origination and advisory, where division heads presented engaging sessions on business operations. Also I developed my case study skills working on a mock M&A deal and presenting a group project task to bankers

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture and atmosphere was incredibly flat and extremely supportive, and I cant imagine a better working environment for prospective interns to work under.
