Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
As springers we attended various talks and conferemces given by Citi employees at different levels (analyst, associate, vp, director). The topics included insights on IB, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking.
We also had the chance to carry out some desk shadowing to gain practical and on-hands experience
