Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Listened to lots of panels from different areas across Citi’s business including Markets, IBD, TTS, Wealth, and corporate banking. Had the opportunity to shadow 2 trading desks for the entire afternoon which was a great learning opportunity. Had plenty of social networking sessions with Markets divisions and fellow spring interns which was great for building a knowledge-sharing friendly environment to which I now associate with Citi.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very comprehensive, there was a buddy pairing system that allowed us to learn lots from current employees
