Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
3 days a week: Attend business wide sessions on confidence, core values etc.
2 days a week: On placement, assist and shadow a division to see what they get up to on a daily basis.
Throughout, we were encouraged to network across the bank over Zoom.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very impressive. Contrary to my expectations about banking everyone was very friendly and happy to put aside time to chat about their job/ NatWest in general
