On a day-to-day basis, I would continue work on the project that I am working on at the time, collaborating with team members to ensure that clients receive high-quality end product. Projects vary depending on your role and team.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
From first joining, you are given training and courses as they want to have you start off as soon as possible. I have done a large amount of technical work and supported in various project management roles.

I have learnt new technical skills that are directly applied into projects, as well as soft skills such as communication and leadership. The variation of projects that you get to work on, means you get a highly varied skillset; an invaluable for engineers to have.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company has a great office environment and overall a very positive company to work for. Social activities are planned often and even more frequent within teams. There are various company sporting activities such as football and climbing, which means there are lots of opportunities to make friends within the company,
