Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I assisted in troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure. My responsibilities include resolving connectivity issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring network performance and security. This role allowed me to develop hands-on skills in networking technologies and best practices.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
We were indeed responsible but, because our mentors and colleagues helped us when we were in need, the pressure was not high
