Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme lasted for two weeks. The first week consisted of professional development workshops and some volunteering activities. After this, we spent a week in the office of the firm shadowing trainee lawyers. I spent my time in the Corporate Transactions team. I had a great time and got a really useful introduction to work of commercial solicitors. The early careers team were supportive and made the whole experience comfortable.
