Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
While rotating around multiple teams, assisting in day-to-day activities and improvements, as well as having a larger project deliverable lasting throughout the entire rotation for a given team.
Treated as a full-time employee but with an assigned mentor for every team as the first point of contact in case any issues cropped up that needed to be addressed.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Treated as part of team, so given the same amount of responsibility. Was allowed to make changes that I wasn't necessarily assigned to improve upon existing codebases and felt unrestricted.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
The assigned mentors throughout the placement were very helpful with getting me up to speed and helping me with issues I ran into due to a lack of knowledge. Training was also readily available if ever needed.
