Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role consisted of a lot of insights work, analysing customer behaviour through data. Using this data I also used/created machine learning models to identify high-potential customers. Presenting to CRM teams globally on customer trends yearly and quaterly.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I had to deliver high potential customer lists to different regions on time, just before the next Burberry promotion.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
Making close friends with some of the other interns and people on my team. They made me feel really good about going to work. The projects themselves were very creative and there was a lot of flexibility, which made the work more enjoyable

Someone will always be there to speak to, if you have any work issues, they'll help you no questions asked. The work environment makes it easy to socialise with people and make friends, so go out there an network!
