Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As an HR undergrad, I assist with daily tasks and long-term HR projects. I interact with internal teams to support processes improvements and respond to employee inquiries. Externally, I coordinate with vendors. My responsibilities include preparing HR documents, organising training sessions, and participating in HR projects to improve workplace policies and procedures.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes, I have learned new skills and developed existing ones. I've gained proficiency in software, improved my communication and organizational abilities, and developed a better understanding of HR processes and projects. Additionally, I've enhanced my problem-solving skills and learned how to handle confidential information effectively.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I loved my placement at Burberry and am very glad I chose it over other opportunities. I only wish there were HR grad schemes available.
