Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Daily tasks included confirmation of addresses and emails, composition of letters of confirmation, sending out the emails, summary of contracts and minutes of meetings.
Internal interactions included accomplishing numerous trainings and e-learnings as well as daily interaction with auditors and senior associates.
External interactions included contacting contractors and client's banks in order to conduct the follow up procedure and answer any questions about the confirmation letters.
I have participated in a number of projects for such clients as Pepsi Co, Hundai, Melon Fashion Group, L'Oreal and Beko.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have acquired the skills of working remotely with the use of numerous digital engaging platforms such as Elma, Aura, I-power and Vantage. I have advanced my knowledge as a Google Suit and Skype Business user.
Also I have enhanced my knowledge of corporate culture and CSR through engaging in corporate events and completing numerous e-learning activities. This has helped me to successfully communicate with such major clients as Pepsi Co, Hundai, Nestle, Melon Fashion Group, L'Oreal and Beko.
