Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed my placement due to the type of work I was able to partake in - going on quite a few site visits, although I would have liked to have done more project management work, but I think this was highly due to the project I was given to work on

What advice would you give to others applying to Mace
Be open-minded and willing to explore different sectors you may not have considered before. Ensure you know and can give examples to show how you align with Mace's behaviours, values and purpose. Also, prepare properly for each stage of the application and give yourself enough time to work on application questions. During the assessment centre, show that you are strong individual but also teamworker. Be aware of some projects Mace is a part of.
