Marketing Executive Review

I helped maintain our online education platforms which was for healthcare professionals. I was responsible for uploading material to our heavily regulated approval system to be reviewed, scrutinised and approved for use.

Yes, I feel as though throughout my placement I was given a lot of responsibility with managing my own projects and work which I believe has really helped improve my confidence

On my placement I really developed my presentation and communication skill through the presentations I did at each quarter. I have built on my technological/ digital skills through using platforms such as Adobe to create materials.

One thing I loved about Baxter was how much focus was put on the company culture. I was apart of business resource groups at Baxter where by I could help build on the amazing culture. I thought it was a great way to give back to the company and it was an amazing way connect with other colleagues I might not have worked with
