1 week of induction and training
1.5 weeks of client work - working with a team to perform audit activities. I was involved in the planning stage.
Throughout the internship we took part in a group dragons den project - perform research and make growth recommendations to a social enterprise. Judged at the end of the internship

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Pwc greatly encourage self led learning into whatever areas of the company you are interested in. Other employees always offer their time to speak to you about anything PwC

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture is fantastic. Very supportive and promotes wellbeing. Summer hours policy allows you to have friday afternoon off if you make the hours up elsewhere. All these structures are put in place to support you in producing the highest quality work

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC
Be very knowledgeable about PwC and their culture. You need to really want to work for PwC and communicate this clearly. Helps to know about the audit industry and how it is changing in modern times.
