Support and Guidance

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
- Results orientated rather than timesheet orientated
- A lot of trust between managers and their direct reports
- Friendly and approachable colleagues
- Colleagues really do care about providing the best service for members/customers
Company Culture Cons:
- Distinct lack of interest from many colleagues (not all) in coming into the office - a lot of complaining about having to come in two days a week
- A lot of excuses about why they 'can't afford' to upskill colleagues in new technologies etc., despite strong financial results.

How would you rate the diversity initiatives?
How would you rate the charity, sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives?
Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
The graduate scheme events were the only part of the scheme that I did not enjoy, as they did, in my view, not focus on skills that would actually benefit an early careers professional in the workplace.
