Mostly, I worked with various members of the team such as health and safety manager, general site manager, security personnel, and general account manager to develop and maintain automated spreadsheets that helps them measure, schedule and monitor performance/progress.
I also worked with the general site manager on resource planning using the company's dedicated resource planning platform, ensuring that resources are appropriately employed to maximise efficiency.

I honed my interpersonal and people skills working with people within and outside my team, improved by ability to coordinate activities and manage people. This is crucial in facility management.
Further developed my data mining skills as well as ability to use advanced functions in excel for automations.
My confidence level for public speaking and presentation also improved a lot.
