Yes. Although some tasks you may have less responsibility, I have had plenty to do where I am hands on working on important work that I know will have impact. Many tasks involve being responsible for key work and although it may be checked by somebody, I was the one accountable for it.

Access to a host of online resources and learning. Supported to learn general soft skills to become a better worker. Learnt some Excel automation and new functions, and been given advice on pathways to explore.

The early talent team is always available if you have any issues within the team. My managers within the team give plenty of support, always happy to answer my questions and give me guidance. They have been vital in creating conversations with people to give me advice that I can use in my career path and giving me confidence in the work I have been doing.

Completely. A job is sometimes considered as a necessary evil to earn money, however I come away each day smiling so it has been great.
