Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day to day included working on my project- collecting documents from the key contacts, analysing it and organising it effectively, networking with key stakeholders on the project but also with colleagues on all levels from different parts of the business, having meetings with the team.

Yes, but I had a lot of support.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learned a lot- I am much more confident with my communication style, I have developed project management skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, I learned how to influence without authority as well, I learned to deal with unexpected challenges and think on my feet.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
A lot, I received a lot of support form multiple parties- I have had a graduate buddy, manager and the wider team and then another team that took care of all the interns. I never felt alone!

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Amazing, everyone is very friendly and supportive, everyone works hard so that pushed me to perform better and always achieve greater things.
