What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Great! Every single person I reached out to was willing to have a chat about the work they do in the team/firm and elaborate more on the services of the firm, the clients they advise and personal insight. The events put together by grad rec were also very beneficial in terms of understanding the business and training contract.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very friendly and approachable! Didn't feel uncomfortable even for a second. Everyone (from trainee level to partners) were willing to have a chat. Everyone was really welcoming and supportive, even though it was a virtual scheme. I felt like a part of the team. The firm is full of people who want each other to succeed in a safe and friendly environment.

- Video interview: try to remain calm. You have time between questions to recharge your brain if you need to. So no need to rush questions. If one question goes bad, take a few moments to collect yourself and then start the next one.
