Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Summer Vacation provided a comprehensive insight into the multifaceted workings of a global law firm. On a day-to-day basis, I was involved in a variety of tasks that gave me a practical understanding of both the responsibilities and challenges.
Key tasks included:
- Conducting research on legal and financial matters;
- Drafting various types of legal documents, e.g. R&D agreements, letters of advice, SPAs;
- Attending and participating in client meetings.
