Lead and facilitate all team meetings, including daily scrums, agile retrospectives, and PI planning sessions.
Author features and user stories for the team, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members to maintain progress and foster a positive team environment.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, within a few months I had taken complete ownership of the role. I did not feel like an intern and was given full support when needed.
