Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Working at the firm to complete audit tasks for colleagues while gaining an insight into the profession. Attend and shadow meetings. Virtual talks offered for interns about life at Forvis Mazars and skills development sessions. Opportunity to shadow other service lines.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I was provided with the opportunity to spend parts of the internship shadowing other service lines and being informed of what their day-to-day roles involve. Everyone was very transparent and clear, willing to answer all questions asked.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone in the office was very supportive and willing to help each other to improve. There were always opportunities to ask questions or for help. Very motivated.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

Enjoyed my time here thoroughly. Though it was a short internship there was a lot to learn and I gained a lot of insight into the profession, becoming confident in some of the common tasks. It has confirmed my passion to go into this career.
