Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Meeting the team that you are working with, being set tasks by line manager which were to be completed with the help of a buddy. Shadowing opportunities for line manager and buddy. Chance to join meetings and visit client offices. A final interview given at the end so opportunity to speak to manager and team about interview techniques and advice, understanding whether the company is for you by connecting with others in the company.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Helpful as this can be overwhelming when deciding whether you want to work for an industry it is good to get a real feel by being immersed

Enjoyed understanding how the business works from an inside point of view however i feel i would have benefited more if the programme followed more of a structure

Be yourself and show your personality at any opportunity as everyone working is confident and sociable I think that is really important. Talk to anyone you can in the office and get to know the othe rinterns.
