Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
You get immersed into whatever team you are in and involved in trainee tasks. These can range from: legal research, reviewing documents, drafting documents and various other work.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
They gave me so much insight into the work they do and how the business is ran. Being able to speak to people from various teams allowed me to have a broader overview of the business as a whole.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture here is amazing, everyone is so friendly but extremely hard-working and intelligent. It is definitely the working environment I can see myself in and one that makes you feel included and comfortable, but also pushes you to be your best.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed my vacation scheme, there was never a dull and I was actually happy to come in to work. The work was so interest and with a vast array of different clients, matters and deals, allowed me to be constantly challenged and stimulated. The culture here also made a great atmosphere to learn and grow, I got on really well with everyone in the office.

They really value authenticity, so do not just write what you think they want to see, they want to see the real you. There are a diverse range of people at the firm, so do not think they are looking for a particular character, because they are not. They just want people who are interested in the firm and the work and fit into their culture.
