What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Really good, I was going into the vac scheme not knowing a lot about practising law and with minimal legal experience.
This vac scheme was beneficial for me as it made me understand more abut the business and potential roles available.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Enjoyed the culture. I could be myself and not have to worry about 'fitting in'. Everyone is inclusive and supporting. I was able to ask any questions and go up to anyone without worry.
