Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Work-shadowing combined with many useful presentations and talks. Was part of a great friendly team and given real tasks. Felt I did truly contribute despite the short span of time.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I did truly gain an insight into what a day-to-day workflow in this line of service looks like, how different tasks are allocated and what is expected from everyone for a quality outcome.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The friendliness and patience of both the Induction team and the team I was allocated to later for client work were beyond my expectation. The company culture left me feeling looked after and cared for, something really hard to find in companies of this size and reach nowadays.
