Assisting all Luxe brands with smaller projects
Using SketchUp / Adobe Illustrator / photoshop/ inDesign
Creating and sending briefs to external suppliers
Travelling to check our counters
Travelling to suppliers for meetings/pre-merchandising
Researching competitor activity
Team admin - sending out post, booking travel, booking catering, booking meeting rooms, updating maintenance guidelines etc.
Merchandising new/ refitted counters
Ensuring counter maintenance issues are resolved
Organising and managing counter removals & closures

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt to manage design projects and lead design discussions whilst also playing a vital role as part of a bigger design team.
I have learnt and developed the skills to communicate and form relationships with different types of suppliers in order to ensure good design outcomes and design fluency.
I have been able to work on my ability to use 3D and 2D design software to communicate my designs and work to relevant parties.

I was also constantly supported by the wider retail design team and always felt comfortable to ask for help or guidance when needed
