Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Training and meeting several members of the team and the floor. Getting to know what everyone does and helping out with tasks. 3 day induction day to further help us familiarise with the work and team.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Increased commercial awareness and understanding how the market is evolving and how future jobs may look like. Also helpful to gain insight into what areas we might go into in the future.
